Example 1 :Copper coil roll former
- concept design through to production machine
- the concept was agreed upon and the prototype made from existing frames
and drives. Once successful the production machine was built and
commissioned
- this prototyping phase improves final design quality and reduces risk

Example 2 : bottle packer
- In this project the concept was developed in-house and handed to
Austratek to prove and develop through to production.
- The experience of the in-house staff was input into the design at every
stage.
